The main parts of diesel engine refer to the parts that constitute the main structure of diesel engine. The main machinery is the diesel engine to complete the two energy conversion rely on. Main parts

According to the function of each part in the work, the main parts of Marine diesel engine accessories can be divided into combustion chamber components, crank connecting rod mechanisms and support connecting components. Their respective roles and working conditions are not the same, the maintenance management requirements are also different.

(A) combustion chamber assembly

Combustion chamber assembly includes cylinder liner, cylinder head and piston assembly. Together, they constitute a closed cylinder working space, which is a space for the replacement of the working medium of the diesel engine, the formation of gas and the expansion of work. They are subjected to the direct and repeated action of high temperature, high pressure and corrosive gas. High pressure and high temperature cause serious harm to the components of the combustion chamber. Among them, the role of high temperature is more complex, and there are many influencing factors, so it should be paid attention to in actual management.

(2) Crank connecting rod mechanism

The crankshaft connecting rod mechanism includes a connecting rod assembly and a crankshaft assembly, which convert the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotating motion of the crankshaft, and convert the gas pressure acting on the piston into torque and output from the crankshaft. In the work, the mechanical parts of the crank connecting rod mechanism mainly bear the mechanical load formed by the air force and the motion inertia force.

(3) Supporting coupling components

Support coupling components are mainly organic base, main bearing, body, etc. They form the skeleton of the diesel engine, support and install moving parts, combustion chamber components and various system equipment of the diesel engine.
