① cylinder gasket

When assembling, the side with rolled edge should face the cylinder head; If the installation is reversed, it will leak air and burn the cylinder pad early, affecting its service life.

② piston

The horseshoe groove at the top or the peach-shaped pointed side of the top should face upward; If the loading is reversed, it is not conducive to the mixing of fuel and air, and the fuel that has not been burned can not produce secondary eddy current movement and combustion is incomplete, resulting in the diesel engine can not start or work abnormally after starting.

③ Connecting rod and piston assembly

The oil hole at the small end of the connecting rod and the horseshoe groove at the top of the piston or the peach tip at the top should face upward on the same side; Otherwise, the small end bushing of the connecting rod and the piston pin cannot be lubricated, and dry friction is formed.

④ Upper and lower tiles of connecting rod tile

If the newly replaced bearing, it is not equal to the top; If the bearing bush is installed after use, it should be installed according to the original position, and should not be transposed up and down, otherwise it will affect the matching relationship between the journal and the bearing bush.

⑤ Combination of connecting rod cover and connecting rod

The big end of the connecting rod and the back of the connecting rod cover have assembly marks, and when combined, the marked side should be on the same side. Otherwise, the original processing accuracy of the big head aperture of the connecting rod cannot be guaranteed, and the correct coordination of the tile and the shaft will be destroyed.

⑥ Fuel injector pressure plate

One side of the pressure plate is a plane, and the other side is an arc surface. When installing, the arc surface should be oriented towards the injector body to ensure that the injector is centered and not deflected when pressed, otherwise it is easy to make the installation seat hole leak outwards.
