Marine diesel engine fittings oil outlet valve is a check valve, under the action of spring pressure, the upper cone of the valve and the valve seat are closely matched, its role is to isolate the high pressure oil pipe and the upper end of the plunger when the supply is stopped, to prevent the oil in the high pressure oil pipe from flowing into the injection pump. The structure is simple and reliable, does not change the working structure parameters, the work is not affected, can be disassembled repeatedly, simple processing and production, easy to assemble on site.

The function of the oil outlet valve

(1) Prevent oil from dripping before oil injection and improve the injection speed: when the oil injection pump supplies oil, the oil pressure is higher than the pre-tightening force of the oil valve spring and the residual pressure in the high-pressure tubing, the oil valve rises and its sealing cone leaves the seat. The fuel in the pump oil chamber can enter the high-pressure tubing only when the relief band on the outlet valve completely leaves the guide hole of the valve seat.

(2) Prevent oil dripping after oil injection and improve the closing speed: When the oil supply is stopped, the lower edge of the pressure relief belt of the oil outlet valve enters the catheter, the passage of the high pressure tubing and the pump chamber is cut off. When the oil valve is completely set, it drops a distance h, so the volume of the high pressure tubing is increased, so that the oil pressure rapidly decreases by 1MPa ~ 2MPa, and the oil is cut off quickly and simply, preventing the oil dripping after injection due to the fluctuation of oil pressure and the "pipe shrinkage oil rise".

(3) Prevent fuel backflow, so that the high-pressure oil pipe to maintain a certain residual pressure.
