When the water in the valve begins to fill the pipe, the plug head stays in the open position and carries out a large amount of exhaust. When the air is discharged, the water in the valve and the float ball are floated, and the plug head is driven to the closed position to stop a large amount of exhaust. When the water in the pipe is normally transported, if a small amount of air gathers in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, the float ball drops accordingly, and the air is discharged by the small hole. When the pump stops, the water flow in the pipe is empty or the negative pressure is generated in the pipe, the plug head is quickly opened and the air is inhaled to ensure that the pipeline is complete.
