When the fuel oil of the diesel engine is stopped, the high-pressure fuel pump of the diesel engine has fuel circulation, but the fuel injector and the high-pressure fuel pipe cannot realize the circulation. The temperature of the fuel oil remaining in it is only tens of degrees, which is completely unable to reach the viscosity of the fuel oil spray atomization. When starting, all the oil must be injected into the cylinder, and there is a problem of heat transfer and cooling in the early stage of the passage of the high-pressure oil pipe and the fuel injector, which will lead to a very poor starting state. The condition of DK28 diesel engine fittings does not have a great influence on diesel engines with large cylinder diameters, but for machines with a cylinder diameter of 160mm, the temperature and pressure at the end of the compression will be relatively low, which leads to a very poor thermal state of the cylinder at the beginning of the startup. As a result, the injected fuel that cannot be atomized normally is heated in the cylinder and then coked, and will stick to the open exhaust valve stem during exhaust, which will cause the valve to close loosely, and the valve will burn after normal ignition. Damage, air leakage; extreme conditions will cause the valve to collide with the piston, or the valve and the ejector rod will not be synchronized, which will cause the valve bridge to slide out of its original position, and the valve bridge will hit the spring seat, causing the Haval to fly , The valve will eventually fall into the cylinder; this will also cause a serious deviation of the force of the positioning rod of the valve bridge, leading to the bending and fracture of the positioning rod; resulting in serious damage.
From the previous analysis, it can be seen that the extreme case of severe damage to the cylinder is due to the poor thermal state of the cylinder and poor combustion. This situation has hardly occurred when working with heavy loads. In other words, under normal operating conditions, if the cylinder is in a good thermal state and the combustion is good, such a problem will not occur. In addition, this operation also reduces the pollution of the supercharger nozzle ring and turbine blades.
