If the solenoid is blown out, the generator will of course not start.

Since the backup power source is not often put into use, whether the generator can start normally, the key lies in the maintenance of the battery. If there is a problem with the battery pack, the more common situation is: there is voltage and no current. The method of stopping charging the battery during the test machine will lead to insufficient battery power. 2. However, the battery pack has insufficient power supply, which causes the spring plate in the shutoff valve to be blocked due to insufficient suction force of the solenoid valve to spray from the four oil outlets The fuel can not be stopped. 3. The battery usually has a life of two years and is replaced regularly.

Third, inspection of diesel oil and lubricating oil for DK28 diesel engine parts. Because the unit is in a static state for a long time, the various materials of the unit itself will undergo complicated chemical and physical changes with the oil, cooling water, diesel, air, etc., which will "discharge" the unit. For this reason, attention should be paid to the problem of oil. For fire safety, the diesel fuel tank is usually placed in a closed room. Because the water vapor in the atmosphere condenses due to temperature changes, it forms water droplets that hang on the inner wall of the fuel tank and flow into the diesel, causing the water content of the diesel to exceed the standard. When such diesel enters the high-pressure oil pump of the diesel engine, it will rust the precision coupling part—the plunger, and seriously damage the unit. Generator lubricating oil has a shelf life and cannot be stored for a long time. The physical and chemical properties of the lubricating oil will change, which will cause the deterioration of the lubrication state when the unit is working, and it will easily cause damage to the generator parts.
