A method for the manufacture of a rotating valve detector for Marine diesel engine accessories

The rotary valve detector comprises a base, testing platform, reduction motor, drive shaft, CAM, guide barrel, guide bracket, tappet, tubing and air valve, the reduction motor is installed on the base, the output end of the reduction motor is connected to the drive shaft, the drive shaft is connected to the CAM, the guide bracket is arranged above the CAM, the guide cylinder is connected with the tappet, and the upper part of the guide cylinder and the lower part of the tappet are located in the guide bracket. The rocker arm seat, spring and nameplate are installed on the testing table, and the rocker arm seat is installed with a rocker arm, one end of the rocker arm is connected to the tappet, the other end is connected to the valve, the spring is located below the valve, and the nameplate is marked with a scale. The detection work can be completed only by one person, and there is no need to complete the detection on the diesel engine with compact structure and small space, so the detection is easy and accurate. Using deceleration motor as power source, low energy consumption and low cost.

The valve rotator is an important part of the diesel engine, when the diesel engine is working, through the valve rotator to make the intake and exhaust valve produce slow rotation, to prevent the diesel engine in the low load or overload when the combustion of the carbon caused by the valve stuck or burned, therefore, the quality of the valve rotator is related to the service life of the valve. To test the valve switch, if there is no special inspection tool, can only test its appearance size, can not test its performance, and for the user of the performance of the valve switch factory inspection, the cost of purchasing inspection tools is too high, and the current inspection method is to test the performance of the valve switch on the diesel engine, and mark on the valve stem.
