When eliminating carbon deposits on steel parts such as cylinder head and valve, available 25 grams of sodium, 31 grams of sodium carbonate, 10 grams of sodium carboxate, 8 grams of soap, 5 grams of potassium dimethylminate, 1000 grams of water are mixed into cleaning solution, and heated to 70℃-80(WHTVT)℃, the parts are soaked in the cleaning solution for about 30 minutes. Soften the carbon deposit and wipe it off, then rinse it off with hot water.

When eliminating carbon deposits on aluminum alloy parts such as pistons and vertical cylinder heads, 20 grams of sodium carbonate, 8 grams of sodium silicate, 10 grams of soap, 5 grams of potassium dimethylminate, and 1000 grams of water can be used to form a cleaning solution. The solution is also heated to 70℃-80℃, the parts are soaked in the cleaning solution for about 30 minutes, and the carbon deposits are removed after softening. Rinse and dry with hot water.
