Diesel engine is generally composed of what structure and its function
There are many types of diesel engines, and the specific structure is not exactly the same, but it is basically composed of the cylinder head mechanism, the crank connecting rod mechanism, the valve mechanism and the air exchange system, the fuel supply system, the lubrication system, the cooling system and the starting system.
(1) Crank connecting rod mechanism and body parts
The crank connecting rod mechanism is mainly composed of piston, connecting rod, crankshaft and flywheel. The main function is to change the reciprocating movement of the piston in the cylinder into the rotating movement of the crankshaft, and the rotating movement of the crankshaft into the reciprocating movement of the piston to achieve the working cycle and output power.
The body parts mainly include the body, cylinder liner, cylinder cover and oil pan. These parts form the skeleton of the diesel engine, and all moving parts and auxiliary systems are supported by it.
(2) Valve mechanism and air exchange system
The utility model includes an air filter, an inlet and exhaust pipe, a muffler fire extinguisher, and a gas distribution mechanism. The main function is to regularly remove waste gas and suck in fresh air, and also has the role of filtering air and noise suppression, fire suppression and so on.

(4) Lubrication system
It is mainly composed of oil pump, oil filter, oil pressure gauge and related oil passage. Its function is to send the oil to the friction surface of the moving parts to reduce the wear of the moving parts, reduce the friction resistance, and have cooling, sealing, rust prevention and other functions.
(5) Cooling system
It includes water pump, fan, water radiator, oil radiator and so on. Its function is to dissipate the heat of the heated parts into the atmosphere to maintain the appropriate working temperature of the diesel engine.
(6) Start the system
Its function is to use external force (manpower or other power) to run the stationary diesel engine normally. Due to the different starting methods, the components are also different. When starting with an electric starter, it comprises an electric starter, a battery, a transmission device and a starting switch, etc.; When starting with auxiliary engine, including starting engine, transmission mechanism, control mechanism, etc. In order to facilitate starting, most diesel engines are also equipped with a decompression mechanism, and some are also equipped with preheating equipment.
