Introduction to L28/32 diesel engine accessories Treatment of carbon deposit in engine cylinder head

For example, when there is carbon deposit on the cylinder head valve, 25g of sodium formate, 31g of sodium carbonate, 10g of sodium carbonate, 8g of soap, 5g of potassium bicarbonate, and 1000g of water can be used to prepare the cleaning solution, and the cleaning solution is heated to 70 ℃ - 80 (WHTVT) ℃. The parts are immersed in the cleaning solution for about 30 minutes to soften the carbon deposit, rub the area, and then washed with hot water.

To eliminate carbon deposits on aluminum alloy parts such as pistons and vertical cylinder heads, 20 grams of sodium carbonate, 8 grams of sodium silicate, 10 grams of soap, 5 grams of potassium bicarbonate, and 1000 grams of water can be used to prepare a cleaning solution. Similarly, the solution is heated to 70 ℃ - 80 ℃, and the parts are immersed in the cleaning solution for about 30 minutes. After the carbon deposits are softened, they are removed and washed with hot water.

The metal cleaner is a carbon remover with strong descaling ability. For parts with serious carbon deposition, in order to increase the removal effect, other components can be added on the basis of the metal cleaner to prepare a back solution. The starting formula is 40g of metal cleaner, 12g of sodium hydroxide, 12g of sodium silicate, 12g of sodium pyrophosphate, 10g of sodium tripolyphosphate, and 1000g of water. The solution is prepared by heating to 70 ℃ - 80 ℃, and then soaked for removal.
