The valve detector for marine diesel engines includes a base, a test bench, a reduction motor, a drive shaft, a cam, a guide cylinder, a guide bracket, a tappet, an oil pipe and a gas valve. The geared motor is installed on the base. The output end of the geared motor is connected to the drive shaft, and the drive shaft is connected to the cam. A guide bracket is set above the cam. The guide cylinder is connected to the tappet. The upper part of the guide cylinder and the lower part of the tappet are located in the guide bracket. A rocker arm seat, a spring and a nameplate are installed on the testing platform. A rocker arm is installed on the rocker arm seat. One end of the rocker arm is connected to a tappet, and the other end is connected to a valve. The spring is located below the valve. The nameplate is marked with a scale. The work can be completed by only one person, and there is no need to complete the inspection on the compact and small-space diesel engine, so the inspection is easy and accurate. The geared motor is used as the power source, and the energy consumption is low.
