Marine diesel engine parts to analyze the causes of excessive exhaust temperature

Excessive exhaust temperature Excessive exhaust temperature is mainly caused by the combustion system, fuel system, and intake and exhaust system. Exhaust temperature of Marine diesel engine parts refers to the exhaust gas temperature of Marine diesel engine after combustion. The normal exhaust temperature depends on the normal combustion of the Marine diesel engine. The basic condition of normal combustion is that there is a certain amount of fuel, under good atomization conditions and enough air is well mixed, and it is completely burned in the combustion chamber. Therefore, factors that do not meet these conditions will cause the exhaust temperature to be too high.

First, intake and exhaust system:

⑴ Large intake resistance: air filter dirty, compressor dirty, intercooler dirty, cylinder head inlet dirty.

(2) Low intake pressure: supercharger failure; Air leakage in the inlet and exhaust pipe.

(3) The exhaust resistance is large: the exhaust pipe is too thin and too long, and there are many bends; Cylinder head exhaust pipe is blocked.

(4) Wrong valve clearance.

2. Fuel combustion system: oil supply advance Angle is too late; The oil supply of individual cylinders is too large; Poor atomization of injector; Poor fuel quality, does not meet the requirements; The cylinder compression pressure is low.

Third, other: the ambient temperature is too high; The cold water temperature is too high; Overload operation.
