In order to make diesel fine filtration, in order to prevent the wear and tear of impurities and dirt in diesel oil, many precision parts in the oil supply, in diesel engines, usually in addition to the precipitation cup (most diesel engines do not set the precipitation cup), there is also a coarse and fine two-stage filter (small single-cylinder diesel engines are mostly one-stage filtration). The diesel filter is generally larger to filter out impurities with larger particles. The filter gap of the diesel fine filter is very small, and the impurity particles that can cause harm to the oil supply system should be filtered. After the two-stage filtration, the diesel oil is cleaner and then pressed into the injection pump through the oil transmission pump.

Shock absorber

The main function of shock absorber is to absorb vibration energy and quantity to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction. At present, the main application of silicone oil shock absorber on the engine, the vibration damping principle of silicone oil shock absorber is that when resonance, there is a certain relative displacement between the silicone oil shock absorber shell and the inertia block, and the silicone oil in the gap is subjected to the shear force, resulting in viscous friction torque, thereby absorbing vibration energy and quantity to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction.
