Introduction to the installation and reassembly of marine diesel engine accessories injectors

(1) Before installation, clean all parts and use compressed air to clean the oil passages in the injector body, clean the matching surface of the injector, and apply oil before installation.

(2) Clamp the injector's fuel inlet end down on a vise padded with copper sheets, take out the fuel injector soaked in clean diesel, align it with the positioning pin and install it on the injector body Tighten the set screw with a torque of 60N·m.

(3) Remove the fuel injector and move it up and down to hear the sound of the needle valve moving. Otherwise, the fuel injector should be re-cleaned and then reinstalled. If the needle valve still does not slide, the fuel injector needs to be replaced.

(4) Install the ejector rod, spring seat and spring, and screw on the fastening nut.
