Maintenance method of cylinder head gasket for L28/32 diesel engine parts

The cylinder head gasket is installed between the cylinder head and the cylinder block, and the cylinder head bolts are used to ensure the sealing of the cylinder to prevent the leakage of gas, cooling water and lubricating oil. It must tightly seal the high temperature and high pressure gas generated in the cylinder, as well as the cooling water and oil with a certain pressure and flow rate through the cylinder gasket, and can withstand the corrosion of water, gas and oil.

The ablation of cylinder head gasket is mainly due to the impact of high temperature and high pressure gas on the cylinder head gasket, which burns the mouth of the bag, the retainer and the asbestos plate, resulting in air leakage of the cylinder and leakage of lubricating oil and cooling water. When the eroded cylinder head gasket fails, the engine power performance is reduced and the cylinder pressure is insufficient; in severe cases, the exhaust pipe blasting phenomenon will occur, and the cylinder head gasket should be replaced immediately.
